Welcome to World Medical Relief!

World Medical Relief, Inc., established in 1953, is a private not-for-profit organization. We operate exclusively for charitable purposes, helping the poor, sick, and elderly on a local, national, and international basis. Our mission has been--and will continue to be--to turn the sins of waste into the miracles of mercy by collecting and distributing medical supplies, medicines, and recycled medical equipment for the betterment of mankind.

We accomplish our mission through a variety of programs, services, and volunteer opportunities. As you journey through our website, you will see how a post-World War II philanthropic effort has grown into a multi-service corporation that offers, in addition to its International Programs, medical supply services, durable medical equipment for low-income people, and a unique Prescription Program for Seniors. We have successfully carried out and sustained our mission for over half a century and will continue to do so as long as there is human suffering in the world.
